30-Day open purchase Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of item receipt to request a return.

Return Instructions

If you decide to return a product, please take note of the following:

  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee is applicable.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return.
  • Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain categories for hygiene reasons. Excluded categories include edible items, wigs
    (including some hair-related products), stockings, makeup, and lenses.
  • Special Orders: Special orders are exempt from our return policy.

  • Packaging: Carefully pack all items into a single package.
  • Label Affixation: Print and affix the provided return label to the outside of the package.
  • Drop-off Location: Drop off your package at the nearest EVRI/Royal Mail/Yodel location.
  • Completion: Your Return is Successfully Completed.

Refund Process

Upon initiating a refund, the following conditions will apply:

  • The refunded amount will be processed within 30 working days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
  • In cases of a full order return, the customer is responsible for both the shipping and return shipping costs.
  • In the event of a partial return, the customer will be charged for both outbound and return shipping.

Product Issue Resolution:
