Orders

All our prices are inclusive of VAT and are denoted in British pounds (GBP). The total amount to be paid is clearly presented at the checkout.

Delivery Time

• Handling Time: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 0-1 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Transit Time: The transit time for your order is estimated to be 5-12 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location.
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders received before 5:00pm (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London) will be processed on the same day.
  Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Terms: At our establishment, we rely exclusively on the esteemed services of Royal Mail for all our deliveries. With a commitment to efficiency and reliability, we entrust the transportation of our goods to the reputable and well-established courier service provided by Royal Mail.

Discount Codes

The following terms and conditions apply to all discount codes offered on Our Site, Partyfantasy social media channels, and email communications
(unless otherwise stated):

• Only one promotion code can be used per order.
• All discounts cannot be used on Paypal transactions or orders containing personalized products only.
• Returned items will be refunded with the discount price paid.

Shipping Fee

Our standard delivery charge is £2.99 GBP (inclusive of VAT) is applicable to all orders.

Orders over £39.00 are delivered free This offer allows you to save on shipping costs when making larger purchases

Delivery Delay

Should a delivery delay occur for any reason, rest assured that we will get in touch with you promptly.
As a customer, you retain the right to cancel the purchase in the event of significant delivery delays.

Issues regarding delivery

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, 
please contact our customer service immediately and within 90 days of the order date

Warranty

While product warranties are provided by manufacturers and suppliers, we also adhere to the Consumer Sales Act, which applies for 6 months
from the date of purchase. Our primary aim is to ensure complete customer satisfaction, and
we encourage you to contact us should any issues with the product arise.

Our liability

We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our site will, on delivery conform in all material respects with its description, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.

Liability

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits our liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• any breach of the obligations implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982;

Right of Withdrawal

Partyfantasy.co.uk adheres to the Distance Contracts Act, granting customers a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date of receiving the item. To exercise this right, you should return the item within 30 days of notifying us of your intention to withdraw. The item should be returned in its original condition and packaging to receive a full refund. In cases where these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to make deductions for any decrease in the item’s value, with full disclosure to you. If you choose to withdraw from the purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Drop-off Convenience: Drop off the package at the nearest EVRI/Royal Mail/Yodel location.
• Successful Completion: Your return is successfully completed upon dropping off the package.

Refund Process

• Efficient Processing: Refunded amount processed within 30 working days.
• Original Payment Method: Refunds issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
• Full Order Return: Customer covers both shipping and return shipping costs.
• Partial Return: Customer charged for both outbound and return shipping.

30-Days Open Purchase Returns

• Timeframe: 30-day return policy from the date of item receipt.
• Assistance Recommended: Before initiating a return, contact us for assistance via email at support@partyfantasy.co.uk.

Return Instructions

• No Restocking Fee: Customer responsible for covering return shipping costs.
• Exemptions: Right of withdrawal does not apply to certain categories for hygiene reasons, including edible items, wigs, stockings, makeup, and lenses.
• Special Orders: Exempt from our return policy.

Unclaimed Packages

In the event that you do not claim your package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Unclaimed packages are subject to a fee,
currently 19 GBP, inclusive of VAT, which will be charged subsequently.

Cancellation of Order

If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time 30 working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refund policy.

Security

Third-party Data Processing

Force Majeure

We acknowledge that certain circumstances may arise beyond our control that hinder our ability to fulfill contractual obligations (“Force Majeure Event”).

• Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks

• Pandemic or epidemic

In the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event, we will not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of our contractual obligations. We commit to making reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and fulfill our obligations as soon as the Force Majeure Event ceases to affect our operations.
